Churt Amateur Dramatic Society is staging seven performances of the pantomime Mother Goose at Churt Village Hall between January 27 and February 4.

Ruth Ahmed will direct this winter wonderland adventure as Mother Goose seeks to find her magical snow goose, Heidi. But will she be foiled by the evil troll, Smorg? Or the wicked Baron Von Rumpensmakka and his henchman, Gonk? And will Mother Goose’s daughter succumb to the boyish charm of the baron’s nephew, all under the watchful eye of The Fairies of the North?

A spokesperson said: "This is the Scandi panto – packed full of laughs, songs and Northern magic!"

There are performances on January 27 (7.30pm), January 28 (2.30pm and 7.30pm), January 29 (2.30pm), February 3 (7.30pm) and February 4 (2.30pm and 7.30pm).
