The 35-year-old Waterlooville postal worker, who has not been named, was travelling north to work in Farnham shortly before 9 am when the acccident happened. He was pronounced dead at Frimley Park Hospital.
It is understood the bike slid from beneath the rider and into the back of a Peugeot 306, driven by a Bordon woman, throwing him into the path of an articulated lorry. This was being driven by a 43-year-old Northampton man.
The southbound carriageway was closed until 1-30 pm while police and ambulance service attended the scene.
