EAST Hampshire MP Damian Hinds cast a question mark over how the Bordon eco-town was going to be built when he made it clear there was "no pot of money" to back the Labour government's eco-town projects.

The Conservative MP told a public meeting last Friday at Bordon's Mill Chase Leisure Centre that "things have changed over the years".
