EAST Hampshire MP Damian Hinds is continuing opposition to TAG Farnborough's airspace expansion proposals following publication of the first consultation report.
The airport wants to introduce a new "operating environment", with elements of "controlled" airspace around the airport which, it claims, will improve efficiency and enhance safety for airport users.
Exclusively for business aviation, Farnborough has approval to operate up to a maximum of 50,000 movements per year by 2019 and there is no proposal to increase this number.
