EAST Hampshire MP Damian Hinds is continuing his opposition to TAG Farnborough Airport's airspace-expansion proposals, following the publication of its first consultation report.
TAG Farnborough wants to introduce a new "operating environment", with elements of "controlled" airspace around the airport which, it claims, will improve efficiency and enhance safety for airport users.
But critics say it could seriously impact on users of Class G airspace (uncontrolled) in the wider area, as well as increasing noise overhead across much of East Hampshire.
