DOZENS of letters and complaints to Petersfield's M&S Simply Foods has forced a rethink on its car parking policy – again.

Shoppers deserted the car park in their droves when the food store slapped on a hefty £2 minimum customer parking charge for an hour's parking in its private car park in St Peter's Road more than two weeks ago.
