THIS is not just car parking, this is M&S car parking – and Petersfield shoppers voted with their feet when the store slapped a whopping £2 minimum charge to use its car park this week.

The new charges were introduced at Your M&S after customers complained that the car park accesssed from St Peter's Road was used by people not shopping in the store.
