A FARNHAM musician is donating all profits from his CD ‘Chronicles Of An Analogpunk’ to Macmillan Cancer Care.

Joe Little decided to make this charitable donation as he has “lost some family and close friends to cancer so have always wanted to do something for cancer care”.

Music seemingly runs in the family, but in his late teens Joe became interested in how records got made and started playing around with his friends instruments. He went on to train as a producer at university.

After finishing the CD, Joe was “thinking what best to do with it” and “thought this isnt difficult to set up” so “let’s do this”.

Joe has raised £750 of his £1,000 target so far.

He said: “They [Macmillan] don’t get enough help and support so anything you can really do to help.

“It’s a great opportunity to raise money for them and raise awareness.

“I’ve got many friends at the moment in that struggle so it was a chance to try and help that.”

Joe hopes to take part in future projects and next time would like to donate the money to Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. He wants to encourage others to take part in something similar.
