Nando’s has advertised the first job at its soon-to-open restaurant at Brightwells Yard in Farnham.

The peri peri chicken giant posted an advert for an assistant manager for its new restaurant in March, but this has since been removed.

A Nando’s spokesman said: “We’re excited to be opening in Farnham later this year and will be able to share more information in the coming months.

“In the meantime, please do keep an eye out for the roles we are hiring for at www.nandos.careers.”

Nando's Farnham restaurant will be spread across two levels, seating between 40 and 50 people on each.

There will be outdoor seating too, with a further 24 'external covers' bringing the restaurant’s total to 115 seats.

Crest Nicholson is now targeting a practical completion of construction works at Brightwells Yard this December.

REEL Cinemas are the only commercial operator to begin trading in the development so far.
