BAFFLED residents in Whitehill have been left confused over their waste collection.

After consulting East Hampshire District Council's new bin collection calendar, they put out their black recycling bins. But when they went to bring them in they each found a note, from the refuse collectors, saying: "Sorry wrong bin, it's waste collection day."
