WATCHED by members and past captains, Blackmoor Golf Club’s new captains - Chris Ingram and Linda Coxon - celebrated their new roles with the traditional drive off the first tee.

Both captains managed to hit their balls straight down the fairway on Saturday.

The junior captain is Alex Tupper.

Chris and Linda said that their charity for the year would be The Rosemary Foundation Hospice at Home, in Petersfield, which cares for terminally ill people in their own homes.
