MORE than £150,000 of wheelchair access work was unveiled at Alton railway station on Friday.
The ceremony kicked off with speeches from Alton mayor David Willoughby and the managing director of South West Trains, Andy Pitt.
Mr Willoughby spoke of his relief that the "much-needed" works had been completed.
