A DOCTOR'S surgery is set to be built next to Chase Hospital after East Hampshire District Councillors overturned planner's recommendations that planning permission be refused.
Planners thought that the surgery would result in too many trees being removed from the site, but district councillors thought the need for the surgery far outweighed the value of the trees.
