FERRIS Cowper, leader of East Hampshire District Council (EHDC), says it is "wonderful news" that there are going to be 25 new homes in Grayshott.
The application outlined the demolition of the current sheltered home for the elderly on Headley Road, and the building of 25 new homes in its place, mostly for the over-55s.
