PLANNING officers are urging East Hampshire district councillors to throw out the controversial Churchers Junior School proposal after a U turn by county road experts.

In a report to the south planning committee which meets on January 4, Hampshire's county surveyor said he could no longer recommend approval for the plan in the light of Churcher's own traffic safety audit.
