Serious accident on A3 between Hindhead and Liphook: All-day closure likelyThe pieces of land under discussion are a five-acre site to the south of the site between the new village green and the Beaver industrial estate earmarked for employment use in phase two of the Sainsbury's development programme, and a parcel of land next to the new store which was reserved in the event of the traffic impact study showing that a new link road was needed to ease vehicle congestion in Liphook.
