HEALTH bosses were due to give an update on discussions about a new NHS musculoskeletal services contract today.
West Sussex Health and adult social care select committee has been scrutinising the plans after concerns were raised by the public and community groups over a private-public contract.
The county council committee was due to meet for the update on the new NHS musculoskeletal services to be rolled out by new provider Bupa CSH. It is now likely the new service will be delayed, from its original start date on January 1 until March 31.
