A BEACON Hill man charged with seven counts of arson dating back to November last year was remanded in custody when he appeared before South West Surrey Magistrates last Thursday.
Steven Noel Hooker (18), of Bramble Cottage, Beacon Hill Road, has also been charged with one count of robbery, one drugs offence and one threat to kill.
