The prestigious Surrey County Show, which draws more than 30,000 visitors annually, has been cancelled because of foot-and-mouth outbreak.
The organisers say it would be "an insult to the farming community" to proceed with the show, which was due to be staged at Stoke Park, Guildford, on May 28.
