A NINE-year-old boy who was born with only half his heart working inspired a Heath End nursery to embark on a whole range of fundraising activities for the Little Heart Matters charity.

Jack Davis has special links to Piggy Banks Nursery through his mother, Jo Strange, who is a nursery nurse there, and his grandmother Caroline Strange, the nursery's chef.
