RESIDENTS on a Petersfield road blighted by pavement parking have been given no guarantee their path will be cleared.

The figure is likely to dismay surrounding residents who are fed up with the practice of cars being left on the pavement for hours on end.
Furthermore, it looks like their road will remain an unofficial car park for the time being as a decision isn't expected until late spring.
