TWO Chinooks from RAF Odiham were flown on a daring rescue mission to free a British Army Major trapped behind enemy lines in Sierra Leone at the weekend.
In appalling conditions the helicopters went right into the heart of the UN barracks in Kailahun to snatch Major Andrew Harrison and his team from violent rebel forces.
