REALISING there is an urgent need to provide a safe track for the youngsters who have been plaguing local estates on off-road bikes, Roger Russell wants to start a club for them on Army land.
Mr Russell, who lives at the Redhouse Caravan Park in Hogmoor Road, Bordon, and rides a powerful KX125 bike, said he had got the backing of Bordon mayor Bill Wain, East Hampshire District Council, the Army, and Whitehill police police for his project.
