Bohunt GCSE student Patrick Seaman, 16, carried the Olympic flame in Petersfield on Monday.
Patrick, who has hearing and visual disabilities, was nominated for his determination and achievements over the years - against all odds.
He said: "I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but as soon as my torch was lit I remember the crowds blending together and seeming far away, and then I started running. Those 300 metres seemed like an eternity - but in a good way. I really enjoyed myself."
Whitehill's Lizzie Rose, 12, was nominated to carry the torch by her swimming coach at Churcher's College, Gary Robb, and carried the Olympic torch in Reading last Wednesday.
She said she was "very excited" by the experience and was pleased that the sun came out on the morning of day 54 of the relay.
She said: "It was a fantastic day, we were so lucky with the weather."
Lizzie's mum, Sue Rose, said: "Everyone was so supportive and so friendly. It was a lovely experience."
