THE final details of the route the Olympic torch will take through Petersfield have been revealed.

The eyes of the world will be on East Hampshire and West Sussex on July 16 when the torch passes through Petersfield and Rogate.

Olympic organisers have confirmed that the torch will arrive at the southern end of The Causeway – appropriately close to the welcome to Petersfield sign – at 8.30am. It will then travel along Dragon Street, High Street, Chapel Street, Station Road and Ramshill before being driven to Rogate.
