THERE appears to have 'bin' some confusion among Petersfield residents this week as they get to grips with the new refuse collection timetable.

Hundreds of bins in the town centre were not collected on Tuesday. Instead, they were tagged with yellow labels left on the bins that read: "Oops! You have put the wrong bin out for collection today."
