ANGRY Farnham residents have launched a campaign to stop proposals to develop a four-storey block of 28 two-bedroomed flats on Shortheath Road.

The proposed development, which if built will measure some 43 feet high and 128 feet long, has been criticised by residents who say that the building will impinge on their privacy, create more traffic, and damage the visual nature out of their surroundings.
