A PARENT from St Polycarp's School has complained that parents are "up in arms" after the neighbouring church has banned them from using its car park when dropping off and picking up their children from school.
The father, who did not want to be named, described himself as an "outraged parent who contributed significantly to the church" and complained that it was "absolutely gridlocked" around the school in Waverley Lane on Monday morning, as the ban came into effect.
