ALTHOUGH unsure of what sort of food might be sold, Lindford Parish Council has objected to an application for a takeaway at 3 Elmfield Court when it comes before its planning committee.

The parish council fears there will be disturbance to neighbours and that "bad odours of cooking" could fill the area.
