WHEN Petersfield's traffic warden Doris Lemon handed a ticket to a man for parking illegally in Swan Street she didn't realise he would ask for her hand in marriage.
Doris (43) is a familiar face around the town and has been receiving even more attention since her fiance Colin O'Neill (44) appeared on a local radio station claiming he had found the most obscure way to get a date.
