DEVELOPMENT partners are now on board to help continue the restoration and redevelopment of the King Edward VII Hospital site at Easebourne. City & Country were given the green light by South Downs National Park Authority in November 2011 to restore the historic buildings and build more than 400 new homes. But the company subsequently announced it would confine itself to the specialist restoration work and was seeking partners to build an "enabling development" of new homes. City & Country has just announced land sales for the enabling development portion of the site to Cala Homes and Millgate. For full story, see this week's Haslemere Herald.
