TOWN councillors are being urged to honour their promise to help celebrate the millennium in Petersfield.
Former mayor John Holt, who is spearheading events through his Petersfield 2000 working party, was speaking after claims that the council's decision to go ahead with the £250,000 youth pavilion could leave the coffers empty.
