PETERSFIELD commuters were caught up in travel chaos during a nightmare train journey on Monday night in ice and snow.

Angry passengers staged a sit-down strike at Haslemere station, which delayed the train for 15 minutes, when they discovered it would not be stopping at Liphook and Liss.
