A NEW 40,000 sq ft office development has got the go-ahead in PetersfieldÕs Bedford Road.
Redchip Limited and London Orbital Developments have been granted planning permission by east Hampshire District Council for the office courtyard scheme, which will be called Rotherbrook Court.
Set in 2.5 acres with direct access to the A3, Rotherbrook Court will comprise ten two-storey high quality buildings from 3,100 square feet up to two prestige buildings of 7,000 square feet.
The buildings will be offered leasehold or freehold, which the developers hope would be attractive to owner-managed companies.
Each building will have between nine and 21 car spaces and the whole development will be set in extensive lawned and landscaped areas to the side of the brook.
Building is due to start early next year with completion by next Christmas.
