FARNHAM Town Council last week agreed to draw money from their reserves in order to fund this year's budget instead of hitting residents with a hike in council tax.
The move, approved by the council last Thursday, was made to minimise the impact on tax payers by sourcing more than £25,000 from reserve funds.
