A GOVERNMENT planning inspector will decide whether travellers who moved onto land on the outskirts of South Harting will be allowed to continue to live on the site.

In what could be the first case of its kind to come up in the newly-designated South Downs National Park, concerned villagers first raised the alarm last December.
