EAST Hampshire planning officers have been urged to think again after using their delegated powers to throw out an application from Railtrack to extend Bentley Station car park.
The car park extension was an essential part of Binsted Parish Council's campaign to prevent commuters from parking in residential roads around the station. Now yellow lines have been painted and rail passengers are finding it difficult to find anywhere to park.
