DEVELOPERS have still yet to submit a planning application for a large-scale development in Petworth Road, Haslemere – some six weeks after bulldozers moved on to the site.

The builder, Daniel Shea, of Bordon Groundworks, promised an application for an eight-bedroom house to the rear of 48 Petworth Road would be submitted in early November - but it has failed to materialise.
