PLANS have been submitted to demolish the house where Tilford dog breeder John Lowe murdered two women in February 2014 and replace it with three new luxury homes.

A planning application - for the erection of three dwellings with associated garaging and landscaping following demolition of existing dwelling, outbuildings and other structures at Keepers Cottage Stud - has been submitted to Waverley Borough Council.

Lowe, 84, was found guilty of double murder in October 2014 after the violent deaths of Christine Lee, 66, and Lucy Lee, 40, at his dog breeding farm on February 23, 2014 and sentenced to life in prison.

Christine and her daughter, Lucy, were shot dead as they tried to make their escape from the farm house now set to be demolished, which is found down a long and secluded wooded drive off Waverley Lane.
