PLANS have been submitted to demolish the PGI garage and car dealership at 13 Guildford Road, Farnham.

A new planning application proposes replacing the existing building with a smaller car showroom and seven three-bedroomed flats.

Car parking will also be facilitated for the showroom at the front and for the flats at the rear.

The plans cover a rectangular site of approximately 2,000 square metres.

One neighbour response to the proposal makes a general observation that the plan may increase traffic along Guildford Road and that the height of the new dwellings will be higher than the current adjacent dwelling at 15 Guildford Road.
