DEVINE Homes has submitted further detailed plans for its proposed 71-home development on the last remaining field owned by historic hop-growers the Tice family in St George’s Road, Badshot Lea.

The latest application to Waverley Borough Council seeks approval for Devine’s proposed landscaping scheme, and adds to a further application concerning the development’s final layout, scale and appearance of the new homes.

Devine, working in partnership with the Tice family, was granted outline planning permission for the development on a seven-acre green field next to Badshot Lea recreation ground in August last year.
