DEVINE Homes has submitted detailed plans for its proposed 71-home development on the last remaining field owned by historic hop-growers the Tice family in St George’s Road, Badshot Lea.

The developer, working in partnership with the family, was granted outline planning permission for the development on a seven-acre green field next to Badshot Lea recreation ground in August last year.

Its latest application to Waverley Borough Council seeks approval for the scheme’s final layout, scale and appearance of the new homes.
