Waverley Borough Council has received a series of planning applications, including proposals affecting listed buildings and changes of use across Farnham and Badshot Lea.
Among the proposals are two linked applications concerning Kiln House Studios and Kiln House Cottage in Badshot Lea.
Application WA/2026/00362 seeks permission to change the use of Kiln House Studios from offices to a social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) school, alongside converting Kiln House Cottage from a dwelling into a residential home. The plans also include alterations to the car port and associated works.
A related application, WA/2026/00363, requests listed building consent for the same change of use, together with internal alterations.
In Farnham town centre, proposals have been submitted to convert office space at 4 Hart House in The Hart into a dwelling.
Application WA/2026/00396 covers the change of use and external alterations, including the installation of rooflights, while WA/2026/00397 seeks listed building consent for the works, including internal changes to create a vaulted first floor.
Elsewhere, an application (WA/2026/00275) has been submitted for listed building consent to install a through-floor lift at Snayleslynch Farm, Snailslynch, Farnham.
Additional listed building applications include replacement windows and a front door at 4a Downing Street (WA/2026/00339), and the installation of a replacement window at Firbank House, Farnham Road, Tilford (WA/2026/00343).
The applications were published between March 6 and March 13.
