PLANS to demolish a storage building in Hindhead and build two new homes have gone to appeal.
Waverley planners rejected the scheme to the rear of Pevensey in Beacon Hill Road last November.
Haslemere Town Council used it should be refused because it constituted “extreme overdevelopment on what is a relatively small site”, would “severely” restrict amenity space for the property to the north of the site, and did not provide a safe access.
