A JUDICIAL review challenge to the Farnham Neighbourhood Plan will be heard as planned next Thursday (June 15) at the High Court, it has been confirmed.
A consortium of developers have brought about the challenge as they argue the community-led planning blueprint fails to meet the basic conditions of a neighbourhood plan, as set out by the Government.
It comes after the Farnham plan was endorsed by 89 per cent of the 10,000-plus residents to vote in a referendum on May 4. The hearing is set to last two days.
