A SPECIAL planning meeting will be held to consider an application by Applegarth Farm at Grayshott at East Hampshire District Council’s HQ, in Peterfield, next month.
The farm owners are asking for permission to build 80 properties including 44 ‘affordable’ homes, with garages, parking, children’s play area, new access, and open spaces, in Headley Road, on Wednesday, May 11, at 6pm.
A first application for a development to the west of the village by the owners was turned down by the council in June last year. An appeal followed in January, and a revised plan was also submitted last year.
