A DEVELOPMENT of seven flats and four townhouses is proposed on the former site of the Cooper Brothers house clearance showroom in Hindhead.
The retail unit would be demolished to make way for a three-storey building fronting the old A3 next to Barons, containing a mixture of one and two-bed flats, and the erection of a three-story terrace of townhouses.
A communal garage under the flats would provide six of the 21 parking spaces for the flats and the townhouses would have integral garages. An internal estate road is proposed to serve the garages and additional parking spaces on site.
