PLANS have been submitted for seven new luxury detached homes in Pear Tree Lane, Rowledge.

The application, by Spitfire Bespoke Homes Ltd, proposes five five-bedroom houses and two four-bedroom homes.

The development site occupies the southern part of a strategic site allocated for housing in the Farnham Neighbourhood Plan, west of Switchback Lane.
