Plans have been submitted to convert a listed building in the heart of Farnham town centre into separate commercial units.
The application, registered with Waverley Borough Council last week, seeks permission to retain the ground floor of 15 The Borough, the former A&Z Exclusive Household, as a retail unit while converting the first and second floors into a standalone office space.
A companion Listed Building Consent application has also been submitted as it is a heritage building.
Minor amendments have also been submitted to the approved plans for a major housing development at Coxbridge Farm.
Changes include the removal of a small single-storey rear extension from four house types and the reconfiguration of a Block B apartment to provide an additional bathroom, with no change to the overall size of the unit.

The amendments relate to the reserved matters approval granted under WA/2025/02087.
