A developer has launched a series of videos in a bid to win over residents concerned about housing plans in Badshot Lea.
Lamron Securities has produced 12 question-and-answer films addressing concerns about its Green Lane Meadows South proposals for land west of Green Lane.
The scheme includes 49 homes, comprising 34 private and 15 affordable properties, alongside retirement accommodation, a care home and recreational facilities.

Malcolm McPhail, of Lamron Securities, said: “We recognise that people have questions and concerns about Green Lane Meadows South, and we welcome the opportunity to address them.
“We felt it was important not simply to invite people to a consultation, but to start answering those questions now.”
The videos tackle questions about why the main vehicle access would be through Bartlett Avenue rather than Green Lane, whether the development could worsen flooding and what would happen to existing dog walking routes.
Lamron says Green Lane is unsuitable for the main vehicle entrance, while a connection through the neighbouring Taylor Wimpey development was anticipated when that land was sold.
Further traffic counts and junction modelling are being undertaken following comments from Surrey County Council Highways.
On flooding, the developer proposes balancing ponds, permeable paving and other drainage measures intended to prevent increased flood risks to neighbouring properties.

Final drainage arrangements and discharge rates remain subject to agreement through the planning process.
Lamron also acknowledges that the development would change the existing countryside, although it promises new planting, wildlife habitats and landscaped areas.
Some of the proposed 10 percent biodiversity net gain would be delivered through improvements away from the site.
Dog walkers would have access to two proposed public footpath links, but other landscaped areas would be reserved for residents.
The videos have been released ahead of a public consultation at Farnham Rugby Club, Monkton Lane, on Monday, November 2, from 4pm to 8pm.
Residents can question the developer and project specialists, with no booking required.
Visitors should approach the rugby club from the Water Lane end of Monkton Lane because of a temporary road closure affecting access from Weybourne Road.
